Let us talk ... "Matrix" style.
Programs create their own programs. And it seems that a person's virtual representation, which is in fact, a compilation of programs, has created a program that connected itself with another person's virtual representation. And after establishing the connection using that program, the program creator disconnects to that program, resulting in an established network connection where the other end has no recipient. And that non-existent recipient happens to be the program creator. The whole program becomes obsolete but no disconnection at the other end takes place because there have been no additional program strings that would delete the created program or make a warning for the other person's virtual self to stop using that program or to disconnect to it. The connected virtual representation continues to create programs in relation to the program connection, but no matter how many programs he creates, the recipient and creator of the connection has already disconnected, resulting in a waste of programs from the other person.
