{*Wow That's Great! *}
Mga magagandang tips para sa may mga sipon at sinusitis tulad ko. Dahil uso ngayon ang ganyang sakit. Sorry sa iba't ibang text styles. Copy paste lang ito. Hehehe.

1.QUIT DRINKING OR EATING DAIRY PRODUCTS!! DAIRY PRODUCTS CAUSE MUCUS SECRETIONS.

You may have ZERO milk, ZERO ice cream, ZERO cheese, ZERO eggs (unless you are pregnant, in which case eat at least 2 eggs a day), etc. The only dairy product you are allowed to eat is pure, 100% butter. Get used to it until you have things well under control.

Also, seriously cut back on refined sugar and stop eating all refined flour. Eat "100% whole grain" (NOT "whole wheat," which means nothing - look for "100% WHOLE GRAIN") products when you eat grains.

2.Also, learn to blow your nose less frequently, and with less force. Congestion can be caused by severe allergies or by blowing your nose too hard, too often. It can also cause bleeding inside your nasal area. You will see the results of that bleeding when you start using your custom nasal sprays.

  • "Sniff; don't blow, when you have a Cold. Researchers have found that blowing your nose creates enough pressure to propel mucus into your sinuses. This could worsen congestion in the sinuses and contribute to making you feel lousy when you have a cold. The normal mucus flow is from the front of the nose to the back, and with nose blowing you reverse that."

One way to blow your nose gently is to begin the motion from the abdomen area, not the nasal area.

At ito daw ang pinaka-effective na home remedy. Di ko masubukan walang hot sauce sa bahay eh.

Jean, from Wisconsin sent us this remedy on May 30, 2003. After drinking this recipe hot, writes Jean, "Your sinus congestion will disappear REAL fast. All these ingredients not only work on the immediate symptoms, but add plenty of vitamin C to fight a cold, and garlic to fight infection."

Recipe: Add 1 cup tomato juice, 1 tsp chopped fresh garlic, 1/2 tsp of hot sauce, 1 tsp lemon juice, and a pinch or two of celery salt for flavor. Heat ingredients and drink hot.
